About Us

Ben Cook

Ben founded and leads Hard Drive. He is a Chartered Engineer, accredited by the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, and recently completed his 4-year term on the executive board of the British Gear Association. He has a wealth of experience in advanced manufacturing having worked for ASML - now the most valuable tech company in Europe; Bruce Anchor - a market-leading small business designing the finest offshore mooring products; as well as twelve years with the world-renowned Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) where he led the development of modern manufacturing methods for gears and transmission components. He has worked with numerous illustrious clients across the globe.
